02 Duplicate your base and set it to screen 100%.
03 Duplicate your base and bring it to the top. Set it to softlight 100%.
04 Make a new Selective Color adjustment layer, and input these values:
Reds: -100 0 0 25
Yellows: 0 10 -35 -25
Neutrals: 100 0 0 -40
05 I went to PSPXI for the following step, but you can accomplish the effect is PS as well.
Make a new layer and fill it with #000000 (white works too). Set it to color (legacy) 100%.
06 Paste this texture (from here) and set it to multiply 100%. Move it around to your liking. I erased the parts covering Zelos' and Colette's faces.
07 Paste this texture (from here) and set it to multiply 100%. Move it around to your liking. I resized and rotated it.
08 Make a new Brightness/Contrast adjustment layer, and set brightness to -10 and contrast to 10.
