Request by heartlaced and inquisitory.

Using PS CS, we'll be making . This tutorial is translatable only to other PS programs. Also, this tutorial abuses Selective Coloring like there's no tomorrow. Fair warning D:

01 Start with your base. Here's mine.
02 Paste this texture (from here). I rotated it at some odd number of degrees and, using the Selection Tool in PSPXI, cut around Riku to get the white border.
03 Make a new Selective Color adjustment layer, and input these values:
     Reds: -60 0 100 0
     Neutrals: -5 0 -10 0
04 Make a new Hue/Saturation/Lightness adjustment layer, and set master saturation to 10.
05 Duplicate your base and bring it to the top. Set it to softlight 25%.
06 Make a new Selective Color adjustment layer, and input these values:
     Reds: -100 0 100 0
     Yellows: -35 0 0 0
     Cyans: 100 0 0 0
     Whites: -35 0 0 0
     Neutrals: 60 -25 -40 0
07 Make a new Hue/Saturation/Lightness adjustment layer, and set master saturation to 10.
08 Paste this texture (by hellodarliing) and set it to screen 100%.
09 Make a new Selective Color adjustment layer, and input these values:
     Reds: 0 0 -40 0
     Yellows: -100 0 20 0
     Cyans: 100 0 -100 0
     Blues: 100 0 0 0
     Whites: -100 -20 65 0
10 Make a new Hue/Saturation/Lightness adjustment layer, and set master saturation to 15.
11 Make a new Selective Color adjustment layer, and input these values:
     Reds: 0 0 -10 10
     Yellows: 0 0 -25 0
     Neutrals: 100 0 0 -15
12 Make a new Hue/Saturation/Lightness adjustment layer, and set master saturation to 15.
13 Make a new Brightness/Contrast adjustment layer, and set brightness to -5 and contrast to 5.

I'd love to see what you guys come up with, so please post your results! Hope this tutorial helped :)
